Returns and refunds
If you are unhappy with any product you purchase on this website for any reason, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 working days and we will provide a refund (excluding delivery costs). If the reason for the return is the result of our error, or if the item was damaged before it reached you, we will also refund the delivery costs.
To make a return please login to your account to create a self-serve return and send your item back to the address listed below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item should be securely wrapped along with your delivery note and optional, a letter explaining the reason for the return. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Additional customs and taxes may apply, it is your responsibility to cover these fees

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 days of receiving it by login to youra ccount to create a self-serve return. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Products Purchased From Other Retailers
Purchases from other retailers can't be returned to BangProof. Please refer to the retailer's specific return policy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have purchased by loging to your account to create a self-serve return, Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY
BangProof sp. z o.o. warrants that this product is free of manufacturing defects in material and workmanship when it is delivered to our dealers or directly to customers. Unless otherwise stipulated by local law, this warranty is limited to two years from the date of purchase and is limited to the original purchaser. This warranty does not apply in the event of abuse, negligence, carelessness or modification, or if the product is used in any way other than is intended. Nor is any attempted repair or replacement with any part or accessory other than original BangProof parts and products covered by the terms of this warranty. This warranty takes precedence over any other agreements or warranties, general or special, expresses or implied and no representative or person is authorised to assume liability on behalf of BangProof in connection with the sale or use of this product. BangProof makes no other expressed warrantees, except as otherwise specifically stated. BangProof waives all responsibility for any third party for consequences that might result from the use or handling of any BangProof product by any legal or natural person.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
If your BangProof safety product is found to be defective in materials or work-manship BangProof warrants your safety product for two years from the date of purchase and we will, at our sole option, either repair or replace your safety product free of charge. Take your safety product to the dealer from which it was purchased, with a letter indicating the specific reason for which you are returning the product, and proof of purchase. The dealer will then evaluate the claim. In case you have ordered your BangProof hat online, directly from the manufacturer, please contact us at warranty@bangproof.com to get the instructions on how to proceed.
ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMER
Make no modifications to this helmet as it may affect its protective capacity. Ultraviolet rays and salt water might cause colour fading and a drop in the quality of the product. After usage we cannot provide warranty on the colours of the product. BangProof is not responsible for inherent risks/dangers and hazards involved with the use of our products.
